We're Hiring: Water Meter Technical Support Engineer (Nairobi, Kenya)
At S.H.Meters, we are looking for a Water Meter Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team in Africa.
If you have hands-on experience with water meters, understand field applications, and enjoy solving real technical challenges-this role is for you.
🔧 Your Role
- On-site installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of water meters
- Provide technical training and support to customers and distributors
- Support pre-sales activities (technical discussions, solution presentations)
- Collect market feedback and contribute to product improvement
- Maintain technical documentation and support customer relationships
🎯 What We're Looking For
- Diploma or above in a relevant field
- At least 1 year of experience specifically in water meter technical support
- Familiar with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of water meters
- Fluent in English & Swahili
- Strong problem-solving skills and a responsible attitude
