The compendium is finally out, the 1st of its kind globally. Thanks all for nominating these outstanding African women in WASH. Their stories are inspiring to all. It reaffirmed something important: if we are serious about addressing gender gaps, it begins with visibility. We must identify women, amplify their work, and bring them into the spaces they deserve. Because they are there but too often, no one is telling their stories or opening those doors. And when visibility begins, transformation follows. Women start to refine their voice, strengthen their positioning, and confidently claim leadership spaces. Step by step, this is how we shift the sector.
